SWISS was preparing the largest product investment in the company's history: the Swiss Senses cabin, debuting on the airline's new fleet of Airbus A350-900s. Pearson Lloyd developed the business class seat and cabin in close collaboration with SWISS Brand Management — a new CMF language built on the Lufthansa Group's Allegris platform, reinterpreted with SWISS's own identity.

We produced the CGI for the A350 business class cabin — 45 seats across five distinct configurations, from enclosed Business Suites to Privacy, Extra Space, Classic, and Extra Long Bed positions. The imagery supported the programme from design development through to the product reveal at Zurich Airport and the subsequent press coverage across aviation media.

The Challenge

Five seat types. One identity.

The A350 business class cabin introduces five distinct seat configurations — each with different privacy levels, dimensions, and spatial characteristics — all sharing the Swiss Senses design language. The CGI had to express the visual coherence of the cabin while showing how each seat type offers a different passenger experience.

The design palette draws from Alpine references: warm Bordeaux tones, anthracite, beige, natural wood surfaces, and the SWISS cross integrated into material details. Human Centric Lighting — designed to adjust throughout the flight to support circadian rhythms — required multiple lighting conditions to be visualised accurately. The seat textiles and headrest covers required particular attention to material behaviour under light.
