These terms govern your use of the Arteconi website and any services provided by Arteconi Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Arteconi Ltd provides CGI visualisation, 3D animation, and related creative services for the aviation industry. All project work is governed by individual project agreements or statements of work agreed between Arteconi and the client prior to commencement.
All content on this website — including images, animations, text, and design — is the property of Arteconi Ltd or its clients and is protected by copyright. Client work shown on this website is displayed with permission and remains the intellectual property of the respective client or as defined in the project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property in deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.
We understand that our work frequently involves unreleased products and commercially sensitive information. All project work is undertaken under strict confidentiality. We do not disclose project details, share work-in-progress, or reference client programmes publicly without prior written consent.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 4% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arteconi Ltd's total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid or payable for that project. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
